Cody Dibb is a German Shephard who had to be removed from the San Diego County Sheriff's training program because of hip dysplasia. Bilateral triple pelvic osteotomy (TPO) surgeries were performed to improve his hips. This photos shows him "on active duty" after successfully completing his training following the surgeries.
